Flyscreen Upgrade For Lewmar Portlights

New easier to install and remove screening solution from Lewmar

A totally new portlight flyscreen (PF2) has been introduced by Lewmar to provide an easier to install and remove screening solution for boats. Lewmar's new PF2 screen has the advantage of being able to remain in place when the window is closed and is available to fit all the company's Standard Portlight and Atlantic Portlight catalogue sizes.

Constructed using a stainless wire frame covered in fabric piping, the PF2 screen utilizes securing bars on the inside for easy grip while fitting. At the bottom of each bar a sliding clip engages the frame with the seal to lock the flyscreen in place.

Bob Stevens, product manager for Lewmar's hatches and porlights comments; "I'm delighted with the design of our new flyscreen and particularly the application of the bars to hold the screen in place. Now installation is much easier and quicker."
